Designed by Morrelli & Melvin, HONEY RYDER features composite construction, dual aft helms, carbon daggerboards, and a three-cabin, three-head owner-style layout with a dedicated port hull suite. The starboard accommodations include an aft queen cabin and a forward cabin with a single berth and Pullman bunk. Twin 38 hp Beta Marine diesel engines provide a combined 76 hp, while the sail inventory includes North Sails 3Di mainsail, genoa, staysail, and Code 55.
Onboard systems include 2,146 watts of solar, a 720Ah 24-volt lithium house bank, a 6kW Northern Lights generator, and a Spectra watermaker rated at 17 gallons per hour. B&G navigation equipment includes chart plotters at both helms and the navigation station, radar, instruments, and autopilot displays.
