This is their fourth catamaran, and every upgrade and system choice reflects hands-on knowledge gained from extensive bluewater cruising, not a factory options list. From the outset, the focus was reliability, self-sufficiency, and ease of maintenance. The inverter system is fitted with an override/bypass switch, allowing power to be drawn directly from the generator should an inverter fail, adding a further layer of security for long-distance cruising. The Echotech 1300-AML-3S water maker was specifically chosen for its robust design and simple manual operation. Its straightforward construction allows easy servicing and repairs, making it well suited to extended
